January 4th, 2026 after General Assembly
We will not have early voting. Voting will begin right after General Assembly
Voting members requires a membership in 2025. The last day to enroll into a membership is 12/31/2025 by 5:00 pm CST.
Right after the General Assembly process, the full election process will begin.

What to Expect During Voting Process
We will not be offering early voting. Voting will begin immediately following the General Assembly.

After the General Assembly, our Treasurer and the Election Committee will distribute voting tickets to all MHDS members who are confirmed as paid. During this time, we kindly ask that everyone keep conversations to a minimum so names can be heard clearly and the process can move efficiently.

When your name is called, all paid members within your household should come to the front to check in with the Treasurer and a member of the Election Committee. Once you receive your ticket, please return to your seat promptly. *If possible, please bring your own pen, as there will be a limited number available at the front.*

Once all voting tickets have been distributed, we will begin the voting process.
